i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the free breakfast offered gluten-free bread and it was a good surprise, i could make my own waffles. the shuttle service was prompt, and the driver even helped with our bags!
The hotel parking fee of $30 felt unnecessary, especially considering the room rate. This added cost was a bit of a surprise and could be more transparent.

My king room had a very comfortable bed, i slept so well. The climate control worked perfectly! the room size allowed plenty of space to relax and unpack, very convenient for my longer stay.

the hotel offered a free airport shuttle running every half hour, this was very convenient. the business center provided computers and printers! the fitness center included treadmills and weights for guest use.

A complimentary breakfast was available each morning, i could make my own waffles there. the breakfast area had ample seating. The hotel also provided coffee in the lobby throughout the day.

an adequate but not really good stay
unclear directionscardboard waffles
the airport shuttle situation was frustrating. i called upon arrival after a long flight and was directed to the wrong pick-up location. the staff member i spoke with was unable to provide clear directions, and i ended up taking an expensive taxi. also, the breakfast quality could be improved, especially regarding the waffles. they had a cardboard-like texture.

the airport shuttle was very convenient and ran frequently. breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted delicious. the staff are very friendly and helpful here.
the sink was clogged and i had to remove a broken plunger to get some drainage. black gunk bubbled from the drain every time water ran. the room had an odor i did not appreciate.
