an adequate but not really good stay
unclear directionscardboard waffles
the airport shuttle situation was frustrating. i called upon arrival after a long flight and was directed to the wrong pick-up location. the staff member i spoke with was unable to provide clear directions, and i ended up taking an expensive taxi. also, the breakfast quality could be improved, especially regarding the waffles. they had a cardboard-like texture.

the airport shuttle was very convenient and ran frequently. breakfast had a lot of variety and tasted delicious. the staff are very friendly and helpful here.
the sink was clogged and i had to remove a broken plunger to get some drainage. black gunk bubbled from the drain every time water ran. the room had an odor i did not appreciate.
